General archive of b/w negatives

Documentation in a database, conservation in a PH-neutral environment and digitalisation of the working images. The collection consists of 33,000 photograms.

General slide archive

Contains 8,660 pictures of which those considered necessary are digitised for the digital archive.

Digital archive

Contains all the photographs that have been digitally scanned, processed and retouched, as well as those already in digital format. The collection currently has 11,000 images.

The MNAT has a graphic and documental archive open to researchers and scholars in general. It contains pictures of the MNAT's collections, of the diverse monuments in the city and its surrounding area, and contextualising material on the classical world. The photographic archive contains more than 50,000 images.
